Liver disease is a general term for all diseases that occur in the liver. Including infectious diseases, oncologic diseases, vascular diseases, metabolic diseases, toxic diseases, autoimmune diseases, hereditary diseases, such as intrahepatic cholangiolithiasis. α -1-Antitryp Sin,α-1-AT, also known as α -1-protease Inhibitor (α 1-Pi), Its main function is to protect normal cells and organs from protease damage, inhibit infection and inflammation, and maintain the balance of the internal environment of the body. In plasma, α1-AT is mainly produced by liver, and a small amount of α1-AT is also produced by intestine, kidney, spleen, etc. These α1-AT synthesis outside the liver plays an important role in the regulation of local tissue injury. Ceruloplasmin is synthesized by the liver and excreted in part by the biliary tract. Ceruloplasmin determination has certain significance in the diagnosis of some diseases of liver, bile and kidney. Complement C3 and C4 are a group of glycoproteins with enzyme activity in body fluids, which are synthesized by liver cells and play a role in defense and immune regulation. Serum immunoglobulin levels were normal or slightly elevated in most patients with acute hepatitis. Persistent moderate levels of hypergammaglobulinemia suggest chronic active hepatitis, and abnormal levels of serum immunoglobulin are more common in autoimmune chronic hepatitis. Transferrin, also known as TRF, siderophilin, is the main ferric protein in plasma. TRF is mainly synthesized by liver cells and has a half-life of 7 days. Prealbumin (PAB), also known as transthyretin (TTR), with molecular weight of 54,000, is synthesized by liver cells. In liver diseases, Prealbumin is more sensitive, while in liver cirrhosis, the necrosis of liver cells is light, the change of Prealbumin is not significant, and the prognosis is good. When the condition improves, Prealbumin also increases rapidly.
